In Nestle Peru, Pablo Coirolo designed and developed a Digital transformation program for Sales called Nestle Data, It consisted of using the people, process and tools methodology to address all the digital transformation challeneges. A Big Data Business Intelligence Platform was developed connecting more than 35 distributors and reaching over 180,000 points of sale, this enabled a data driven decicion approach, also as part of a Digital transformation program the company went from selll in to sell out changing the full dynamic of how the sales force engaged with distributors and managed sales.
